WHAT TO EXPECT
This Summer, we begin to transition rising 6th grade students into the YTH (youth) ministry. This is a really exciting time, but also challenging in many ways. Our goal is to partner with you, students, leadership and The Kid Depot to make it the best we can.
Here are a few helpful steps we recommend you take as you prepare:
- Sign-up for all communication so that you’re in the loop from day 1.
- Attend the parent meeting & meet the YTH staff team.
- Volunteer to serve in the ministry: For more info, click the “Next Steps” tab and scroll down.
- Make sure you and your student read take time to read the YTH Code.
- Make sure your student is consistent on Sundays and Wednesdays. We know it may be hard at first, but consistency will build connectivity.

YTH CODE
The YTH Code is designed to help our students understand the minsitry by making personal commitments and knowing our expectations. We believe in student ownership & responsibility. Our job is to lead, champion and support these teenagers as they pursue God’s best in their life for His glory.
